Billing Terms

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee for the renewal period.

  • Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days
  • Annual subscriptions renew every 365 days
  • Renewal charges are processed automatically
  • You will receive email notifications before renewal

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again within 5 business days. If payment continues to fail:

  • Your account access will be temporarily suspended
  • You will receive email notifications about the failed payment
  • You have 15 days to update your payment method
  • After 15 days, your subscription may be cancelled
Billing Disputes

If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact our support team within 60 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve any legitimate billing disputes promptly.

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team:

  • Log into your Coached account
  • Go to Account Settings → Subscription
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Confirm your cancellation
  • Receive email confirmation
When Cancellation Takes Effect
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to all course content until the end of your paid period
  • No partial refunds for unused time in the current billing cycle
  • Your account data is preserved for 90 days in case you want to reactivate
Reactivation

You can reactivate your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting a new subscription plan. Your previous progress and completion badges will be restored.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscribers:

  • Applies to your first subscription payment only
  • Must be requested within 30 days of initial purchase
  • Full refund of the subscription fee
  • Processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refund issued to original payment method
Refund Exclusions
  • Renewal charges after the first billing cycle
  • Requests made more than 30 days after initial purchase
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of billing cycles
  • Refunds requested due to forgotten cancellation
